Steamed Pork with Zha Choi

I would always try to be fair to juggle between Japanese and Malaysian taste to sooth the relative taste buds. And tonight's dinner would be:

1. Pork Steamed with Zha Choi (pickled mustard plant)
2. Japanese Ginger Soya Sauce Beef
3. Soya Sauce Garlic Bean Sprout
